Stone Skill Spell:
Syntax: cast 'stone skin'                               (Cleric Level 14 Spell)
Syntax: cast 'stone skin' <target>

This spell protects the target by decreasing (improving) the target's armor
class.  STONE SKIN provides 40 points of armor.  STONE SKIN and ARMOR are
not cummulative; the first one cast remains, while the second one fails.
If no target is specified, spell targets the caster.  (Min Mana = 15)
