Refresh and Mass Refresh Spells:
Syntax: cast 'refresh' <character>                      (Cleric Level 11 Spell)
Syntax: cast 'mass refresh'                             (Cleric Level 31 Spell)

This spell refreshes some of the movement points of a character who is 
below their maximum movement point total.  Refresh targets a single being,
while Mass Refresh targets all of the caster's party present with them.
(Min Mana = 10 for REFRESH, 25 for MASS REFRESH)
