Rebuke Spell:                                           (Cleric Level 16 Spell)
Syntax: cast 'rebuke' victim

Drawing upon their faith, the cleric blasts a single foe, chastising them with
a withering rebuke.  Mighter than 'Frost Spray' yet less powerful than the
power of a 'Tempest,' this spell has the advantages of not being dependant
upon the weather.  (Min Mana = 15)
