Insight spell:
Syntax: cast 'insight' <character>                      (Cleric Level 16 Spell)

The use of this spell give the target a higher wisdom score.  The benefit
is dependent upon the target's previous wisdom score, but the duration for
which wisdom gained is derived from the caster's level.  The benefits affect
both all clerical spellcasters and how much may be learned at each new level.
(Min Mana = 20)
