Frost Spray Spell:
Syntax: cast 'frost spray' <victim>                     (Cleric Level 8 Spell)

Calling upon Slayne and Winter, the cleric prays for them to blast his
enemy with chilling cold.  A lower level spell, Frost Spray does moderate
damage, but at least allows lower level clerics some recourse in battle.
