Create Water spell:                                    (Cleric Level  2 Prayer)
Syntax: cast 'create water' <drink container>

This spell fills a drink container (e.g., barrel, cup) with water.  The spell
must be cast upon such a container, and will not simply create a puddle.  On
certain festive occasions, beverages other than water are produced.
