Create Air and Mass Create Air Spells:
Syntax: cast 'create air' <target>                     (Mage Level 16 Spell and
                                                        Cleric Level 12 Prayer)
Syntax: cast 'mass create air'                         (Mage Level 30 Spell and
                                                        Cleric Level 28 Prayer)

These spells will make a small pocket of air surround the target(s), letting
the target(s) survive in places lacking breathable air.

Regretfully, the pressure underwater is too great, and this spell affords no
ability to breathe underwater.  (Create Air's Min Mana = 10)

'Mass Create Air' will create a small pocket of air around each member of the 
caster's group present with the caster.  (Min Mana = 25)
